Use the code for a card application
Open the Tata Neu invitation and choose the card application you intend to complete. The referral field is under Personal details in the Finance and Credit cards flow.
PRAT9479 relates to a NeuCard application. Installing Tata Neu, opening a shopping account or placing an ordinary retail order is a different action.
Check your applicant offer
Read the joining fee, annual fee, repayment terms and eligibility before applying. Any welcome reward or fee waiver needs to appear in your own card offer.
A referral does not replace HDFC Bank's approval process. Choose the card for its costs and benefits rather than the reward earned by the person inviting you.
Understand the cardholder reward
The inviter receives 1,000 NeuCoins when both the application and card issuance are on or after 1 July 2026; earlier cases use 700 NeuCoins. Keep both dates when checking the applicable reward.
Referral credit can take up to 90 days after issuance. The programme also has a 3,00,000-NeuCoin monthly ceiling and a 90-day expiry after credit.
