- Read the current partner or task promotion available to your account.
- Check the required action, coin type and expiry before applying the offer.
- Review your coin balance and the intended episode's unlock status.
Find current offers in My Store
Open My Store for current offers and check any named partner promotion. Read the account requirements, benefit type and deadline before applying a code; different listeners may receive different offers.
Coins unlock episodes rather than pay cash
Pocket FM's coins FAQ says paid episodes can be unlocked with coins, obtained through My Store purchases or available tasks and videos. An activity that awards coins is not automatically a friend referral. Compare the time or purchase required with the episodes you actually want to unlock.
Base and Bonus Coins need separate checks
The current terms distinguish purchased Base Coins from promotional Bonus Coins. Base Coins do not ordinarily expire, while Pocket FM can set notified expiry dates for Bonus Coins. Coins are not transferable between accounts or ordinarily cash-redeemable. Check the bonus conditions before assuming an old promotional balance will still be usable.
Keep the audio-series question separate
Pocket FM's help centre treats missing series, episode unlocking and coin payments as different support topics. If an episode is unavailable, a promo code may not resolve the underlying catalogue or access issue. Note the series title, episode and account used, then choose the relevant help topic so support can investigate the actual problem.

Are all free coins earned by referrals?
No. Tasks, videos and other account offers can also provide coins.
Can I send coins to another listener?
Coins cannot be transferred between accounts.

No. Content and promotion availability can depend on account and location.
